Peggy truly made our trip enjoyable and manageable with two small kids and a very packed schedule.
We are relocating to Boston and had to look at houses and schools during our visit.
We couldn't have done it without Peggy.
Both girls loved her and they were excited to see her each day.
She went above and beyond what was needed and was such a tremendous help.
She helped us navigate the city, take care of the kids, and more.
I felt completely at ease with Peggy and trusted her completely with our children.
We hope to have her Nanny for us again once we move to Boston soon.
It's been such a relief to have the team of babysitters (Lindsay, Marzi, Monique, Sharon)
helping us with childcare this season,

From the moment I met Meredith,
I instantly felt at ease that I had chosen a great sitter to take care of my almost 11-month old son.
Although we have left him with family and friends,
this was the first time for me to use a "sitter" we didn't know, so I was bit nervous.
Meredith's nurturing and warm presence immediately calmed my nerves
and created an environment as if I was leaving him with his Mimi.
Trey warmed up to Meredith right away and loved the toys and games she brought for him.
I also appreciated Meredith's creativity and resourcefulness in finding a solution
to make it dark enough for him to go to sleep.
She was able to use towels around the roll-away crib so that it was dark - a brilliant idea.
Overall, I highly recommend Meredith and wish we could use her again before we fly back home.
I will definitely request her the next time we're in Boston!

We came into Boston for a weeks vacation.
There was one night during our trip that we needed care for our 5yo daughter.
Your company came highly recommended from the Intercontinental Hotel.
Booking our sitter was so easy and speaking with you put at us ease.
We chose Sam and she was an absolute perfect fit!
They had a fantastic time together.
An adventure to a park, room service pizza and a cookie date.
Sam even brought art crafts for them to do.

Lindsay was one of the sitters at an event we had a couple weeks ago in Waltham, MA
for families with loved ones with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a rare fatal childhood disease.
I just wanted to write that Lindsay was a delight to work with and have there with the children.
She was particularly attentive with the younger children, aged 3 and 4.
It was obvious that they were all having a fun time, and in fact,
a few of them didn't want her to leave once it was time to part ways.
I would recommend Lindsay and this service to anyone
looking for childcare in the greater Boston area!

We had an educational workshop for families who have loved ones with Duchenne muscular dystrophy,
a rare fatal childhood disease, a couple weeks ago in Waltham, MA.
We like to secure and offer childcare for the families at our regional workshops in case they are unable to make
their own arrangements and therefore are unable to attend our events.
Sharon was one of our babysitters there, and she served almost as the "lead" sitter
(we had 12+ children of varying ages with 3 other sitters).
And I have to say, Sharon was phenomenal!
She gave great care to the kids and it was obvious that all of the kids had a fun time.
She was also great at keeping the kids in line.
I saw her handle a situation very well when two girls were not playing safely.
I would definitely recommend Sharon and this service
to others looking to have childcare there in the Boston area!

Peggy was a savior to our family when our nanny went away for a two-week vacation.

Amazing Service from start to finish.
We are first time parents and were in Boston for a work function.
We brought our 10 week old with us for the short trip
and were in need of a sitter for the few hours we were at our event.
BBB was provided on a list from the hotel and we couldn't be more pleased.
They provide excellent information to assist in making a decision and were prompt on communications.
All the profiles were excellent, but a few just seemed to connect.
Sarah was our 1st choice and my instincts were certainly on...
We arrived late to check in so we were already rushed to get to the event,
Sarah arrived early, waiting for us to finish getting ready
(but came on up while I did last min items,
and even helped with my dress that my husband was having difficulty with hah)...
Immediately our daughter was cooing and smiling at Sarah.
We were close we texted around bedtime to see if she had taken the bottle okay
and that I would be more than happy to return (an elevator away), to nurse briefly,
and Sarah was honest and said she was being fussy and that she was about to text me,
so I was able return for 20 min and then back on my way... soon as nursing was complete,
our daughter was content again with Sarah.
Its very relieving when a 10 week old connects with someone new in a new environment,
it gives the re-assurance that the caregiver is genuine.
She was extremely professional and courteous and very punctual.
We were so impressed with her and look forward to hopefully having Sarah again on our next trip.
