Your sitters (Jana, Jill, Lindsay, Mary) were awesome!
On time, professional and the children seemed happy.
Thanks again,
-Judy, Fessenden School September 2016
Both Lindsay and Andrea were really great today!
We had more participants show up than confirmed,
so there were more children than anticipated and they were really great and helpful about it.

Just wanted to send u a quick note on Lindsay, she was fantastic!
My son came back with a smile and excitement.
He said he wishes she was his teacher for 5th grade this year.
Lol.....you sure she doesn't want to move to ny???
Anyways, thank you for setting up the service and please thank Lindsay again.
Warm regards,
-Nadia P., August 2016
Lindsay was one of the sitters at an event we had a couple weeks ago in Waltham, MA
for families with loved ones with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a rare fatal childhood disease.
I just wanted to write that Lindsay was a delight to work with and have there with the children.
She was particularly attentive with the younger children, aged 3 and 4.
It was obvious that they were all having a fun time, and in fact,
a few of them didn't want her to leave once it was time to part ways.
I would recommend Lindsay and this service to anyone
looking for childcare in the greater Boston area!

Just a quick note to say thank you for securing Lindsay!
She was amazing with the girls and they felt very comfortable with her as did we!
We will be back in June and we will call to have Lindsay for some weekends!
Thank you!

Tonight went very well.
Thank you for arranging childcare.
The ladies (Christina, Lindsay, Peggy & Rachel) were great and the children were well cared for.
Again, we appreciate your service and will keep your agency in mind for the future.
Warmly,
-Regina (Cambridge College), November 2015
I just wanted to say that Lindsay was great with Owen
and he loved playing games and play doh with her!
She also did a great job getting him back to bed
when he got up a couple of hours after bedtime.
Thanks so much!

As you know, Lindsay L., was assigned to care for my 4 children (9, 6, 3yr old twins)
at the Millennium Bostonian Hotel last weekend.
I don’t exactly know all the details from Friday night other than what I was told,
but as a result of the fun, my 6yr old son awarded Lindsay the title of “Best Babysitter Ever!”
Lindsay arrived at the hotel with a tote full of arts and crafts which the children absolutely loved!
When Saturday evening came along, the children were anxiously waiting for my husband and I
to go out. They kept asking, “When is Lindsay coming?”
Thank you Jennifer and thank you Lindsay for being a part of our Boston memory!
I wished we had taken a picture.

Knowing that I've always wanted to be a teacher, I left my career a few years ago to begin that journey. I am now working at a school in Brockton MA, with a group of Special Needs children. Their needs vary from Autistic to Emotionally Impaired, each one requiring a lot of help and care. I have never loved a job so much.
I spend a lot of my time off with my niece and nephew, ages 1 (boy) and 4 (girl). We spend our time together doing activities inside and outside- arts and crafts being a favorite. When the weather is nice, I definitely like to be outside with the children, especially living in New England and not having many months of nice weather.
Hello! I am a 30-year-old resident of Boston, who immigrated to this city from Ireland at the age of 9. I have loved working in childcare and have done so since middle school on-and-off. Being a creative hands on person, I spent my college years studying Architecture. Throughout high school and college, I spent my extra time babysitting, and in the summers I worked as a counselor at Fun in the Sun, a local summer camp for ages 5 to 12.
After college, I worked as a Nanny for a great family in Boston for two years. During this, time I watched the oldest girl grow from 3-months-old to 2-years-old; it was such a great experience! Learning a child's needs and their changes in character over these years and just how different they are in each month that passes is so rewarding. I realized after the time I spent at this job, I really wanted to pursue my dream of becoming a teacher. This is a career where I feel most confident and know what I am doing is the right path.

Working in a school setting for the past 2 years has really helped me figure out a more creative way to teach while having fun. A key factor in successfully teaching the children I work with is keeping them interested, which can definitely be challenging in my classroom setting. I've learned many different ways of tackling the tough setting, though, and have enjoyed every minute of it! The skills I've gained working with these children also translate well when working with children who don't necessarily need special attention or help. Thinking outside of the box and being creative will take you far with any child! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I look forward to meeting your children, caring for them and giving them a positive, fun and safe childcare experience!
